Roughly half way between One Ford and Two Ford, along the River Road, is an old estate known simply as the Peculiar Manor. Once a grand estate, it has since been established as an Assassins Guild training camp.

Notable Events

In the month of Coldeven 577, the party recruits a new member, Chair, and explores the manor. The results were unpleasant for all involved.
