Schooled in the art of property and land appraisal, he was instrumental in helping up-and-coming merchants acquire their first shops. He is also known for pioneering the art of flipping. Flipping is the process of buying a property, making strategic improvements, and within a short time reselling the same property for a tidy profit. He has since been hired part time as a mentor in the appraiser's guild.
