Arthur, as he is currently known, is a well-spoken gentleman who has, from time-to-time, both provided and received assistance from the party. He usually appears in the guise of a white haired human with grey robes. Rumor has it that Arthur is indeed a fallen avatar of Rao, the god of reason and logic. At present, he has taken up the mantle of leadership of the Theocracy of the Pale.
