Establish setting
- Year: 2020
- Map: Los Angeles
- Landmarks: Transcendental Recovery Community, Knott's Berry Farm/Soak City, Yves' Karaoke Bar (tether to the Library),
- History: Post non-Apocalyptic year (2000) and history between 2000 - 2020 (incomplete; finish later)
Establish allowable characters
- Tier 1: Angels and demons
- No other Fates/Destinies
- Tier 2: Ethereals
- Preset Character abilities from Arch Angels, Demon Princes, and Minor Gods
- Tier 3: Humans and others (no benefits from Arch Angels, Demon Princes, Minor Gods)
- Will have fates/destinies (predetermined before character creation?)
Establish that the "Christ and Anti-Christ" are still part of the plotlines
