A mysterious machine/structure located on Free Ice Cream Island ten stories high at it's highest point and taking up roughly thirty acres in footprint. It very much resembles an oil refinery in appearance.
The machine uses the power of "etheric resonance" to refine a strange, viscous red-purple fluid from the ether.
