In time, he gains their trust and learns that Sea Peoples may teleport through bodies of water, after convincing them not to murder everyone. Lucas meets various people within the Sea People camp, and reports his finding to Tiberius. Blue and Lucas summon a wind spirit as an intermediary to appease Travel God. Lucas engages with the Sea People from the inside. Cohorts move against Sea People, and establish siege. Abraham leads defense of camp and loses a leg, in a heroic and non-negligent manner. Lucas and Blue negate Sea People magic. Negotiations lead to temporary peace contingent on peace with the Orcs. Blue secures return of Imperial dead, burial pending. Ghosts had taken Sea People cultural affectations, but appeared peaceful. Abe and Lucas go off to see Orcs, and discover that the hate between the orcs and sea people was blind and unnatural. Blue summons Eliza, and Blue and Lucas negotiate the end of the curse on the orcs in return for the wind spirit in Lucas' eye. Her presence caused the wind spirit to retreat, and caused the Ghost King to weaken considerable. She wants her box back. Lucas presents the hat, it's nothing like the hat that was ordered. Abraham finalizes the Trade with the Dwarves, food for Iron. Abraham was copying scrolls from Blue, and discovers crop shortages. Thumor's kiln explodes. Lucas expands Dandies into the Dwarves with Lord. Abraham met with Dwarf diplomats. Blue plays spy within Dwarven mine, steals documents and Golem parts. Abraham steals documents from Dwarves. Lucas find a tailor, and convinces him to join dandies. (OOC - Abe negotiates 50 pounds of Black Metal from Dwarves, out of character, they want a star maps. Lucas may get up to 10 pounds depending on Abraham.) Thumor is uneasy around the Dwarves. They appear to be from various factions through time, space, and even fantasy. Item: Documents pertaining to the 20 kings buried in the Royal Graveyard on the old hill and their families.
Notes: 19 year old woman, Eliza, of local high nobility, ranaway to an abandoned house. Bloody package addressed to house obtained from an underworld contact, they found it in the outskirts of town while investigating missing merchants. One of the recovery crew died when the box was opened. Indications that the box has been opened before, ex. differing nails keeping it shut.
Action) Find out about where the package is from.
On delivery, recipient Eliza, proffered that the box was missing a label. Potentially knew that the box contained dangerous somethings. Eliza returned home with the box, with her guardian, Sir George.
Action) Find out if Eliza is connected to rebel underground.

Burned building was found to be a sex pest haunt and a sacrificial Chamber. Unknown goods of unknown source were found. And one traumatized victim was recovered from the basement, and taken to the Imperial Garrison. It appeared that the victim was being prepared for sacrifice. There were several layers of lethal traps. One of the traps was a specially made device for enchanting.
