Members of this legacy have, thanks to their studies of space and time, found themselves detached from those very things they have devoted their energy. As Apportation (kickers as per usual)
2nd Attainment
As Teleport, with Time kicker (Time 5 forward, Time 6 backward), roll required (Space+Composure+Science)
3rd Attainment
As Pocket Realm
