Sea People can teleport through water. The Shaman wants her Black Iron Icon returned. Black Iron has a deep connection to the divine, and is used widely in religious worship. Rich has "helped" the peace process considerably. Trade with the Dwarves has been established. Food, coal, and salt for Iron and copper ore to be traded at the quarry.
