That the people have taken a fanatic and rigid world view in direct opposition to the ideals of ((Rao)) is an irony which still baffles scholars. Prior to his quiet overthrow, the Theocracy was ruled by ((Ogon Tillit)), the Supreme Prelate. The government is now headed by ((Veredix the Warped)), although some hint that he is merely a puppet for a mysterious ((wizard)) known as ((Arthur)).
