Attempts to ((teleport)) into the area of effect are always "on target" and without error.
The area of effect must first be marked out before casting. Any method that suits the ((caster))'s whim is allowable, as long as the area is clearly defined and includes an object d'art of at least 1,000 gp in value. Destruction or removal of the object d'art ends the ((spell)) instantly.
The object d'art can be ((trapped)) or ((enchanted)) as the caster sees fit.
