Lucas and Blue negate Sea People magic.  Negotiations lead to temporary peace contingent on peace with the Orcs.  Blue secures return of Imperial dead, burial pending.  Ghosts had taken Sea People cultural affectations, but appeared peaceful.  Abe and Lucas go off to see Orcs, and discover that the hate between the orcs and sea people was blind and unnatural.  Blue summons Eliza, and Blue and Lucas negotiate the end of the curse on the orcs in return for the wind spirit in Lucas' eye.  Her presence cause the wind spirit to retreat, and caused the Ghost King to weaken considerable.  She wants her box back.  Lucas presents the hat, it's nothing like the hat that was ordered.  Abraham finalizes the Trade with the Dwarves, food for Iron.
